Refund Policy

ReRoot, a product of Everitt Ventures, LLC, offers paid digital products through Stripe. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for those purchases.

Digital products

ReRoot sells digital access to features such as Premium subscriptions and one-time Relocation Reports. Because these are digital products delivered electronically, refunds are limited as described below.

Relocation Report (one-time purchase)

If you purchased a Relocation Report and cannot access your results on the device where you completed checkout, contact team@everittventures.com with your Stripe receipt. Everitt Ventures, LLC will help restore access or review a refund request if the product was not delivered as described.

Premium Monthly and Premium Yearly

Subscriptions are managed by Stripe. You may cancel future billing through your Stripe receipt or customer portal link where available. Refunds for partial billing periods are reviewed case by case at the discretion of Everitt Ventures, LLC.

How to request a refund

  1. Email team@everittventures.com from the address used at checkout.
  2. Include your Stripe receipt or payment confirmation.
  3. Describe what you purchased and why you are requesting a refund.

Restore access without a refund

If you paid but did not return to the success page, visit Restore purchase or email Everitt Ventures, LLC with your receipt. In V1, access is browser-based on the device where checkout completed.

No outcome guarantees

Refunds are not available simply because a city match, lifestyle estimate, or research result did not meet personal expectations. ReRoot provides informational and entertainment-style discovery tools only. See the Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
