Restore your purchase
ReRoot unlocks paid features on the browser where checkout completes. If you paid but did not land on the success page, use the steps below.
V1 note: Paid access is stored in your browser on this device only. It does not sync across phones, tablets, or computers until login and accounts are added in a future release. Use the same browser where you purchased, or email support with your Stripe receipt.
Option 1: Return through Stripe
Open the receipt email from Stripe and use the link back to ReRoot if available. Success URLs should look like:

Option 2: Email support
Email team@everittventures.com with:
- The email used at checkout
- Your Stripe receipt or payment confirmation
- Which product you purchased (Monthly, Yearly, or Relocation Report)
Our team will send a restore link or unlock your access manually on the device you specify.
Option 3: Sign in with your purchase email
If you created a ReRoot account, sign in with the same email you used at checkout. Your saved plan and quiz results sync when Supabase is configured.
