Account deletion

You can request deletion of your ReRoot account and associated personal profile data.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in at account.html.
  2. Open the Delete account section.
  3. Confirm that you understand the request is permanent for account profile data ReRoot controls.
  4. Submit the in-app deletion request, or email team@everittventures.com from your account email with the subject ReRoot account deletion request.

If you cannot sign in, use the email request path above and include proof of account ownership when asked.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, or legal obligations. Stripe payment records are retained by Stripe under its own policies. Analytics events that are not tied to your account profile may remain in aggregate form.

ReRoot does not claim instant permanent erasure of every system log or payment processor record.

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your ReRoot account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription, Apple subscription, or Google Play subscription. Manage web billing through Stripe customer receipts or support. Manage native subscriptions through Apple or Google subscription settings.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after identity confirmation. Complex cases may take longer when payment or legal retention review is required.
